How You Will Receive Your Order: Your personalized tribute, printable certificate, and soothing audio meditation will be securely delivered directly to the email address you provide at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes: Because every tribute is personally crafted by our human team using your pet's photo and memories, we offer two delivery speeds:
- Standard Delivery: Delivered to your email within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Priority Delivery (Jump the Line): If you select this upgrade at checkout, your order is moved to the front of our queue and delivered to your email within 24 hours.
What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Order If your delivery window has passed and you do not see our email, please:
- Check your "Spam", "Junk", or "Promotions" folder, as digital files sometimes get filtered there.
- If you still cannot find it, please email us immediately at infoluminapaws@gmail.com. We will resend your complete bundle right away.
