How to Request a Refund

Since our products are entirely digital (PDF guides, MP3 audio files, and digital certificates), there is absolutely nothing you need to ship back to us in the mail. There are no return shipping labels, no original packaging to worry about, and no hidden return fees.

To initiate your refund, simply send an email to our compassionate support team at hello@luminapawsmemorials.com. Please include your Order Number or the email address you used to purchase. We will process your request immediately.

Damages and Issues (Typos or Errors)

Because our digital keepsakes are personalized using the pet name and photo you provide, typos can occasionally happen. Please inspect your digital files as soon as you receive them in your email. If we made a spelling mistake, uploaded the wrong photo, or if there is a technical issue opening your files, please email us immediately at hello@luminapawsmemorials.com. We will gladly correct the error and send you a brand-new, flawless digital copy within 24 hours at no extra charge.

Processing Your Refund

Once you request a refund under our 14-Day Guarantee, we will notify you by email that the refund has been processed. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Please remember it can take some time (usually 3 to 7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
